TREE NEWS update: Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on the 27th that he will formally submit his resignation at around 8pm local time that day, stepping down as president. Vucic made the announcement in an interview with Serbian state broadcaster RTS. No reason for the resignation was given in the remarks.
