TREE NEWS update: Doubao Phone Assistant said in an official community notice on September 27 that users of the Nubia NaviXUltra handset running its assistant have been flagged for abnormal device environments and forcibly kicked offline when logging into or matchmaking in Honor of Kings. The issue began on the evening of September 24, with multiple user reports received since then.
Doubao Phone Assistant Says Nubia NaviXUltra Users Hit Honor of Kings Login Errors
AI take
The friction here is not a game bug but an environment-detection conflict: an on-device assistant is being read by Honor of Kings' anti-cheat or device-integrity checks as abnormal, which is an increasingly common failure mode as AI assistants gain deeper system access. It affects a narrow slice of Nubia NaviXUltra owners, but the pattern matters more broadly for anyone shipping assistant software that touches a competitive game's runtime. Whether the fix lands on the assistant side, the handset vendor, or the game's detection rules is the open question, and it will signal who is expected to absorb this class of compatibility risk.
