Saudi Arabia Strikes Houthi-Held Areas in Yemen, Houthis Say

TREE NEWS update: Yemen’s Houthi group said Saudi Arabia carried out airstrikes on the night of October 1 targeting Sanaa, Saada, Taiz and Amran provinces, all under Houthi control. The group said it was the first Saudi strike on Sanaa, Yemen’s capital, since the escalation that began on September 3. There was no immediate response from Saudi Arabia.
