TREE NEWS update: China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for the national livestock and veterinary industry, setting 15 quantitative targets covering meat, egg and milk output. The plan projects total forage output will reach 130 million tonnes by 2030.
