TREE NEWS update: A southward cold front brought gale-force winds to the seas off Taizhou, Zhejiang, with gusts reaching force 8 to 9 in some areas, sharply raising navigational risk. All 10 passenger ferry routes along the Taizhou coast except those at Yuhuan have been suspended to protect public safety on the water, CCTV reported.
