TREE NEWS update: China’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) signed a batch of cooperation agreements and major institute-enterprise projects at their 2026 annual consultation meeting in Beijing on the 8th. SASAC Director Cheng Fubo said more than 1,200 cooperation projects have been implemented and over 32 billion yuan invested since the two sides set up the annual mechanism in 2023.
