TREE NEWS update: Beijing’s Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources published its 12th batch of proposed residential land supply for 2026, covering three plots with a combined land area of about 8 hectares and a buildable floor area of roughly 140,000 square metres. The sites are expected to be put on the market shortly.
