TREE NEWS update: The CECEP Baqing 100MW photovoltaic + grid-forming energy storage project has recently successfully completed filing, marking CECEP Solar’s zero-to-one breakthrough in the development of integrated solar-storage projects in high-altitude regions of Tibet. The project is located around the Meipatang Reservoir in Baqing County, Nagqu City, and is planned to build a 100-megawatt photovoltaic power station, equipped with 20MW/80MWh grid-forming energy storage facilities. The energy storage ratio reaches 20% of the installed capacity, with a storage duration of 4 hours.
