Minister Zhang Zhu and Shanxi Governor Lu Dongliang attended. Zhang said the province has placed top priority on agriculture and rural work, advancing grain production, consolidating poverty-alleviation gains, dryland farming, rural specialty industries and rural construction, with notable results.
