TREE NEWS reports: The International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced on October 11 that a boat carrying 350 migrants capsized off the coast of Djibouti, killing at least 109 people. More than 110 people remain missing. The IOM has not disclosed details about the nationalities of those on board or the cause of the capsizing.
