AI take
Baidu is framing its flagship event around organizational change rather than model launches, which signals where the company wants the AI conversation to sit: enterprise adoption and workflow redesign, not benchmarks. That matters most for Baidu's cloud and enterprise customers, who are the audience such a theme is built to court. Whether the messaging moves past abstraction into concrete deployment stories is the open question when Li takes the stage.
