Zelensky Says Democratic Win Would Help Ukraine Aid

Zelensky's willingness to name a preferred outcome in another country's elections is a notable departure for a leader whose aid depends on bipartisan support in Washington. The open question is whether this kind of public positioning helps or hardens the debate over future aid packages.
