AI take
The forum's framing around smart communication, media transformation and industrial development signals that China's state-linked convening power is being applied to the intersection of AI and media, not just telecom infrastructure. For RWA and crypto markets, the relevance is indirect but real: agenda language on tech innovation and international cooperation often previews policy direction on digital infrastructure and cross-border data. Whether the event produces concrete initiatives or remains a dialogue platform is the open question worth tracking.
