TREE NEWS update: Donations for relief after the Gyirong County landslide in Tibet have exceeded 660 million yuan ($90.5M) as of Sept. 5, China’s 11th Charity Day, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said. Of that, 14.7 million people donated 50.16 million yuan via online platforms. Since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan, social donations for disaster relief have totaled over 20 billion yuan.
