DR Congo launches 180-day Ebola response plan

The Democratic Republic of Congo launched a 180-day Ebola response plan in Kinshasa on the 4th, aiming to expand and coordinate the response to curb the outbreak. Supported by WHO and Africa CDC, the plan includes enhanced surveillance, contact tracing, patient care, and preparedness in at-risk areas. It is estimated to cost $1.3 billion.
