TREE NEWS reports: Global oil traders, anxious buyers and stressed executives are converging in Singapore for the Asia Pacific Petroleum Conference (APPEC), opening Tuesday, as inventories fall and winter approaches. Discussions will focus on insufficient buffer stocks, the ‘unsolvable’ diesel market, Hormuz shipping risks, and Middle East and Russia-Ukraine conflicts, said Amrita Sen of Energy Aspects.
