S&P 500 dips 0.6%, healthcare leads losses, energy gains

The S&P 500 provisionally closed down 0.6%, with healthcare down 2.5% and financials down 1.4%, while tech and telecom slipped 0.3% each. Energy rose 1.2%. The Nasdaq 100 fell 0.2%, with Amgen down 10.3% and CoreWeave up 11.6%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index gained 1.1%.
