TREE NEWS update: Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary Minoru Kihara said at a regular press conference on Tuesday that a Cabinet reshuffle and senior personnel appointments at the ruling Liberal Democratic Party are expected to take place soon. Speaking in Tokyo, Kihara said Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi will make the appointments based on policy considerations.
