The non-nucleoside CMV inhibitor is indicated for prophylaxis of cytomegalovirus infection and CMV disease in adult and pediatric (6 months and older, weighing at least 6 kg) allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients who are CMV-seropositive [R+].
