Strategy buys 950 Bitcoin for $76M, repurchases $174M in STRC

The mix matters more than the Bitcoin itself: Strategy is again spending on both its BTC stack and its own preferred equity, so capital is being split between an asset purchase and a liability-management move rather than pointed at one. That balance is what holders of the company's various instruments are effectively underwriting. Whether the two-week pause was a pause at all, or just the rhythm of a funding structure that now has to service preferred obligations alongside accumulation, is the open question.
