TREE NEWS update: QUICK FactSet data dated September 11 shows that CXMT’s EBIT margin reached 82% in the second quarter of 2026, surpassing SK Hynix’s 76% and Samsung Electronics’ semiconductor business at 70%, making it the most profitable memory chip maker globally for the period. Over the same period, CXMT’s revenue grew roughly tenfold year on year, the fastest growth among six companies: CXMT, Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Kioxia and SanDisk.
