TREE NEWS update: A fire broke out at a chemical plant in Krasnozavodsk in Russia’s Moscow region on the first of the month, causing one workshop building to collapse, Russia’s Emergencies Ministry said. Forty people were evacuated and up to four may be trapped, with rescuers working to confirm their whereabouts. Local officials said the blaze had spread across 1,000 square metres and preliminary information showed it was not linked to a drone attack.
