Houthi Military to Issue Statement on Saudi Arabia Operations at 19:50 GMT

The signal here is the timing and framing rather than any confirmed detail: a scheduled military announcement concerning Saudi Arabia implies an active operational posture, not a rhetorical one, and markets with Gulf exposure tend to reprice on that distinction before facts arrive. Shipping, energy and regional risk sentiment are the channels most exposed, though the announcement itself carries no information on scope or targets. The open question is whether the statement names specific infrastructure, ports or routes, which would matter far more than the act of announcing.
