Binance Updates Proof-of-Reserves Address List, Future Withdrawals to Use New Wallets

Proof-of-reserves lists are only as credible as the addresses they point to, so rotating them mid-stream puts the burden on Binance to show that the new wallets map cleanly onto the same reserves and that the old ones are properly retired. For users and for the attestation providers and researchers who track exchange holdings, the practical effect is a period where continuity is harder to verify, not easier. Whether the updated list is reconciled transparently against prior attestations is the open question worth watching.
