TREE NEWS update: China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) concluded 298 concentration-of-undertakings reviews in the first half of the year, prohibiting one and conditionally approving two. The regulator also publicly penalized four cases of illegal concentration. The data was released by SAMR on Tuesday.
