The Xi'an–Ankang link is a conventional infrastructure story, but its framing as a tool for coordinated regional development is the notable part: it signals continued prioritization of connectivity between major western hubs and smaller cities. For RWA and crypto markets, the read-through is indirect at best—faster rail does not by itself create tokenizable assets or on-chain demand.
