TREE NEWS update: Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa signed an executive decree on September 28 appointing Bernardo Antonio Cordoves as the country’s new Minister of Economy and Production Development. He replaces outgoing minister Sariha Belen Moya. The decree was issued in Quito.
