China State Council Appoints Huang Min, Deng Chao to Deputy Posts

TREE NEWS update: China’s State Council announced a round of personnel appointments and removals. Huang Min was appointed deputy director of the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration, and Deng Chao was named deputy director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration. Guo Weiping was removed as vice minister of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, Mu Haisong as deputy director of the complaints administration, Shen Changyu as head of the National Intellectual Property Administration, and Zhao Shitong as deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office.
