China Issues 15th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Heritage Protection

This is a state-level planning document, not a market event, and it arrives without any tokenization, digitization or financing mechanism attached. Its relevance to RWA readers is indirect at best: a mandate to fully survey heritage resources and tighten the regulatory system could, in principle, shape how cultural assets are catalogued and later treated as collateralizable or fractionalizable, but nothing in the notice says so. Whether heritage protection becomes a digital-asset category in China remains the open question, and this text does not answer it.
