Aztec Labs Relaunches zk.money Wallet for Private Stablecoin Payments

The relaunch puts a usable, self-custodial interface back on top of Aztec's zero-knowledge infrastructure, which matters less for the wallet itself than for what it signals: private payments on Ethereum are being packaged for ordinary stablecoin users rather than only protocol-level experimentation. Readable tags are the notable design choice, since they trade some of the friction of shielded transfers for something closer to a familiar payment experience. Whether that balance draws sustained usage — and whether privacy-preserving stablecoin flows stay a niche or become a default expectation — is the open question.
