TREE NEWS reports: The International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced on October 11 that a boat carrying 350 migrants capsized off the coast of Djibouti, killing at least 109 people. More than 110 others remain missing. The IOM did not provide further details on the nationalities of those on board or the cause of the capsizing.
