Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Yin Li, also a member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, attended and addressed the event.
