Zano Activates HF6 Hard Fork, Enables Trustless Cross-Chain to ETH, SOL, TON

Privacy blockchain Zano activated its sixth hard fork (HF6) at block height 3,833,000 on August 31, marking the largest upgrade in its seven-year history. HF6 introduces Gateway Addresses for direct tracking and instant synchronization, and enables native ZANO to be trustlessly bridged to Ethereum, Solana, and TON, with privacy restored when bridged back. The upgrade also tightens consensus validation and enhances wallet encryption, pool fault tolerance, and anti-DoS measures, serving as a precursor to the EVM-compatible Zano Execution Layer.
