TREE NEWS update: Circle’s open blockchain network Arc will go live on its public mainnet on September 16, a Layer 1 built for stablecoin finance where USDC pays gas and transactions finalize in under a second. The network, currently in private mainnet, has over 100 institutions building, with BlackRock planning to deploy its BUIDL fund and DTCC targeting tokenization of DTC-held assets from 2027. DeFi protocols including Aave, Uniswap, and Morpho are set to integrate at launch.
