ByteDance-ZTE Phone Uses CXMT LPDDR5X, First Mass-Produced 10667Mbps Chip

ByteDance and ZTE’s co-developed Doubao phone, the Nubia NaviX Ultra, will feature CXMT’s LPDDR5X memory at 10667Mbps, marking the first mass-production application of a domestic chip at that speed. The announcement was made via Changxin Storage and Nubia’s official Weibo accounts.
