Global top 500 new energy firms’ revenue tops RMB 10 trillion

TREE NEWS update: Global new energy enterprises ranked in the top 500 by revenue saw total revenue surpass 10 trillion yuan for the first time, reaching 10.59 trillion yuan, up 10.89% year-on-year, according to a report released at the 2026 Taiyuan Energy Low-Carbon Development Forum. Average enterprise revenue also exceeded 20 billion yuan for the first time, hitting 211.83 billion yuan, a 10.94% increase. Chinese companies still account for half of the total.
