TREE NEWS update: China’s Ministry of Commerce preliminarily found that dichlorosilane originating from Japan is being dumped, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Effective September 8, 2026, importers must provide deposits at rates up to 99.2% as provisional antidumping measures.
