TREE NEWS reports: Saudi Aramco’s oil facility in Jazan was attacked again on Monday, the latest in a series of strikes that have halted a major refinery. The attack caused no significant damage. The 400,000-barrel-per-day refinery remains shut since a July attack. No group has claimed responsibility, and Aramco and the Saudi government have not commented.
