HK-listed firms rush for A-share listings; AI companies rise

Yungu Technology, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in late May, has signed an A-share tutoring agreement with GF Securities, starting its ‘return to A’ process just three months after its IPO. As of September 7, 15 HK-listed companies have disclosed such plans this year, with healthcare and IT firms leading, and AI-related companies becoming a new growth driver.
