TREE NEWS update: ASML Holding has begun construction on a second industrial campus in the Netherlands, a boost for the Dutch government, which pledged billions to keep the tech firm expanding locally. The new site in Eindhoven will eventually cover an area equivalent to about 50 European football pitches and accommodate up to 20,000 employees, the company said Tuesday.
