GSK launches six-part dollar bond to refinance Nuvalent buyout

GSK is marketing dollar bonds to refinance bridge financing for its $10.6 billion acquisition of Nuvalent Inc., following a €3.5 billion ($4.1 billion) euro bond sale. The six-tranche offering spans maturities from three to 30 years, with initial price talk on the longest bond at about 1.1 percentage points over Treasuries.
