TREE NEWS update: China’s Ministry of Finance will conduct the second re-issuance of its 50-year ultra-long special treasury bonds (tranche 3) today, totaling 35 billion yuan. The fixed-rate coupon bonds carry a rate of 2.52%, unchanged from the previous issuance.
