TREE NEWS update: Germany’s DAX 30 index ended Friday’s trading up 0.68% at 25,532.81 on a preliminary basis, but fell about 2% for the week. France’s benchmark stock index rose 0.67%, Italy gained 1.10%, and Italian bank stocks rose 1.55%. The UK index rose 0.26%.
