TREE NEWS update: China’s first white paper on the quality of life of gastric cancer patients was released at the 2026 annual meeting of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO). Over half of patients (55.2%) are diagnosed at stage III or IV, and 69.0% are diagnosed after seeking care for symptoms, with 39.8% of those delaying medical visits. The white paper was initiated by the Beijing Bethune Charitable Foundation and executed by patient platform Mijian.
