OneKey Severs Ties With Reseller CryptoBilis, Offers Free Wallet Replacements

A hardware wallet maker cutting off a reseller and footing the bill for replacements is a notable escalation — it implies supply-chain or device-integrity concerns serious enough to override the usual channel disputes. The burden now falls on buyers who may not know their device's provenance, which is why the application window and the inclusion of used units matter. Whether other vendors audit their reseller networks, and whether OneKey discloses the underlying reason, is the open question.
