The seed phrase is the account

When you create a wallet it shows 12 or 24 words once. Those words regenerate the key on any device, so whoever reads them owns the funds — no password, no support desk, no reset. Write them on paper, store them somewhere only you reach, and treat every request to "verify" them as an attack.
