TREE NEWS reports: South Korean crypto exchange Bithumb won the first lawsuit in its recovery of mistakenly sent bitcoins, with a court ordering a user to return about 194 million won ($145,000). The incident occurred in February when Bithumb erroneously distributed 620,000 BTC (worth ~$5B), and the exchange has recovered 99% so far. This is the first of four lawsuits against users who haven’t returned funds.
