TREE NEWS update: Russia’s Federal Security Service said Nov. 1 that it detained a minor Russian citizen after jointly checking, with the National Guard, Interior Ministry and Investigative Committee, intelligence from US law enforcement about a possible terrorist attack in Moscow. The FSB public relations center announced the detention and the interagency review of the US-provided tip.
