TREE NEWS reports: Chinese chipmaker ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has filed a lawsuit against the US Department of Defense to be removed from a blacklist, arguing its chips are for civilian use. The company claims its reputation and business have suffered since being listed in January 2025. The DoD declined to comment on the pending litigation.
