TREE NEWS reports: Shenzhen’s combined new and existing home sales reached 6,864 units in August, up 8.5% year-on-year but down 17.5% month-on-month due to the traditional slow season, marking the highest for the period since 2022. Longgang and Bao’an districts each surpassed 1,000 units, with Longgang leading at 1,380 units.
